My Re(!Leaf acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and walk, and pays respect to Elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.

Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP)

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, story, Law, artwork, ceremony, Dreaming and Songlines belong to the communities and families they come from. My Re(!Leaf does not claim ownership of that knowledge and does not recreate or sell Songlines. Where community knowledge is shared in our work, it is shared with permission and with attribution to its custodians.

Songlines as a healing tool

The My Re(!Leaf Songline Builder uses the concept of a Songline as a way for a person to map their own journey. It is offered with respect for the traditional meaning of Songlines and does not represent or replace any community's Songlines.

What you may do

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts from this website with attribution to My Re(!Leaf. Participants may use their own program materials for their own healing journey.

What requires our permission

You may not reproduce, adapt, resell, teach or deliver My Re(!Leaf programs, frameworks, tools or artwork, or use our name or logo, without written permission from Joshua Moody. Facilitation of My Re(!Leaf is only authorised through trained and accredited Cultural Navigators.

Photography, recording and story

We do not photograph, film or record sessions without the consent of everyone present. We will never publish a participant's story, image or likeness without their specific, written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
